You can return the purchased product in the Twelve Monkeys store within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product, provided that it has not been used, and its original packaging and the product appearance is preserved.

Also, if you have pets and you just tried the item on and it has fur inside the garment or outside, then such item cannot be returned

To return the product, please do the following:

  1. Pack the product carefully.

  2. In accordance with paragraph 8 of Chapter III of Procedure No. 547, carefully fill out the application for the return of goods, which you can find HERE.

  3. Apply to any branch of Nova Poshta and create a shipment.
